If you have joined our waitlist, you will receive an email notification before we go live — with exclusive early-access pricing and priority access to our launch collection. Please check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see our emails in your inbox.
If you signed up but haven't received a confirmation email, please write to us at cottonnbox@gmail.com with the subject line "Waitlist Confirmation" and we will verify your registration manually.
Sizing & Product Information
Our kurtis are designed for the modern Indian woman and are available in sizes XS to 3XL. Detailed size charts and fabric descriptions will be published alongside our launch collection. If you have specific sizing questions ahead of launch, feel free to reach out and our team will assist you personally.
Shipping & Delivery
We are currently finalising our shipping partners to ensure safe, timely, and sustainable delivery across India. International shipping details will also be announced at launch. All orders will be dispatched within 3–5 business days of placement, with real-time tracking provided.
Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy will be published at launch, but our commitment is simple: if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right. Our customer care team will guide you through the process with care and efficiency.
